Founders meet to discuss the state of Indonesia's kratom export quality. After observing widespread failure to meet food-grade standards, they commit to building a proper processing facility. International training in ISO, GMP, and HACCP begins.
Facility Planning & Market Development
Design and planning for a GMP-compliant facility begins. Business partnerships with international buyers established in parallel, ensuring market demand before production begins.
PT. Permata Global Agroindo founded — factory construction begins
The company is formally established. Construction of the GMP kratom processing facility in Sibau Hulu, Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan begins — purpose-built for food-grade kratom processing at international scale.
Trial production → inspection → GMP certification achieved
Production trials begin in 2021. The facility is inspected by an international certification body and achieves GMP certification in June 2022 — Certificate No. QM 5947, accredited by APAC.
Independent US lab testing program launched
Partnership established with ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories in the United States — Murray-Brown Laboratories and Micro Quality Labs — for independent third-party batch testing.
GMP re-certification & continued expansion
GMP certificate renewed (re-certification: June 2025, latest issue December 2024). GREEN cGMP and WHITE cGMP products now available with full COA documentation for US and European buyers.
